Shipping
All shipping charges are listed on each individual item. If you pay for shipping and I find it cheaper using UPS or another carrier, I will refund the total difference when the product ships.

Returns & Exchanges
I gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations
Just contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Ship items back to me within: 30 days of delivery
Request a cancellation within: 24 hours of purchase
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Perishable products (like food or flowers)
- Digital downloads
- Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Returns and exchange details
If you cancel an order withine 24 hours, or before the order ships, we will issue a full 100% refund immediately. If the order has already shipped, we will issue a full 100% refund once we receive the product back. We will not refund the cost of shipping the product back to us. All sales are final after 30 days.
